VENTANA BY BUCKNER

DALLAS, TEXAS

Dallas-based nonprofit, Buckner International is building a retirement community in north Dallas. Situated on three acres near state highway 75, Ventana’s two 12-story towers will offer scenic views of the Dallas skyline and Park Cities. Residential units range from 800 to 1,900 square feet and cost anywhere from $400,000 to more than $1 million.

Brandt’s mechanical scope included 800 tons of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC systems. This technology is capable of providing cooling and heating simultaneously to different areas within the space. Ventana is an ideal candidate for VRF, due to the limited space and multiple residential units.

Our electrical scope included the installation of two 4000A 480V services with a 1500kW diesel generator.

Due to confined site logistics, our team has extensively pre-planned work and scheduled just-in-time deliveries.
The luxury high rise opened to residents in 2019.
