ABOUT THE FACILITY 

To meet the needs of our expanding operations in this region, Brandt performed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing buildouts to tailor this facility for optimal productivity and comfort for our team and customers.  

Our upgraded square footage ensures ample space for our employees to work efficiently, with two conference rooms, multiple huddle rooms, and a spacious training room capable of accommodating 40 individuals. The Waco team can foster collaboration and innovation with enhanced breakroom facilities to encourage team-building opportunities. Plus, with ample staff parking and dedicated warehouse space, our team has everything they need at their fingertips.
