UNT DISCOVERY PARK CAPACITY UPGRADE

DENTON, TEXAS

The University of North Texas awarded Brandt the UNT Discovery Park Capacity Upgrade project. In order to accommodate the Biomedical Engineering Building addition to the Discovery Park building, the facility required significant upgrades to the existing utility services.

Brandt’s services included renovations to the chilled water system capacity in the central utility plant. Brandt also provided regular utility power, and backup standby-generator power to the new building. Our team delivered MEP services to the location of the new addition, where they were used by the new construction team.
