TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY KRUEGER HALL

COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS

Brandt performed a redesign of the HVAC system of Texas A&M University’s Krueger Hall to upgrade the original system, built in 1972. The work in the residence hall consisted of removing the existing HVAC system and replacing it with new RTU equipment, pumps, specialties, and fans. Brandt also replaced the existing control system with an upgraded BMS system. As prime contractor, Brandt oversaw all electrical, structural, concrete, and fire protection trades. Eighty percent (80%) of the project was completed in 77 days during Summer Break.
