PIONEER NATURAL RESOURCES HEADQUARTERS

IRVING, TEXAS

Brandt performed mechanical and plumbing services on the 1.125 million-square-foot headquarters for Pioneer Natural Resources in Irving, Texas. The project included a 10-story corporate office building and a seven-story parking garage on a 35-acre site. Amenities include a fitness center, conference center, employee cafeteria, daycare, and an on-site health and wellness clinic. The project was completed in Winter 2019 and is a LEED Silver certified building.
