HENSLEY OFFICE BUILDING

DALLAS, TEXAS


The Hensley Office building is a 25,000 square-foot finished out office building. The two-story office building is located next to Hensley’s manufacturing facility.

The project consists of surface parking, multiple conference rooms, private offices, open office and a board room. The project has a 600 amp 480-volt services with provisions for a future generator. The project has 100% LED lighting with zoned lighting controls to meet applicable codes. In addition to the electrical design, Brandt did a design-build of a 50kW photovoltaic system on the roof of the facility.
