3D Laser Scanning
3D Laser Scanning is an efficient way to support every phase of your project. Brandt’s comprehensive scanning services transform real-world conditions into a digital data-rich environment. Brandt will work with you to develop a plan to efficiently scan your site or facility. Each scan can take minutes to hours, and millions of data points will be collected.
Matterport
Streamline documentation, 3D scan as-builts, and collaborate with ease. Matterport Spaces are the best way to track key project milestones and immediately assess project status. This process is very quick compared to other scanning services. Brandt technicians can typically scan 5,000 square feet in under an hour.
Aerial Data Collection
Brandt delivers aerial solutions to clients throughout the region. Our FAA certified pilots have years of experience in the construction industry, enabling them to quickly and safely collect the requested information.
Total Station Point Layout
Brandt’s Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS units provide the capability of establishing project control, without the burden of traditional surveying methods using physical site control. The RTK GPS units also allow for rapid data collection using fewer resources, thus streamlining our layout efforts.
Virtual Design & BIM
Brandt uses Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) for both design and fabrication with cutting-edge technology and full 3D coordination. Our AutoDesk suite of programs generate detailed reports for shipping, purchasing, and fabrication. Our detailers can create fabrication shop drawings, including an automatically generated bill of material. Utilizing CAM software, Brandt translates 3D duct models into fabrication ready parts.
BOWS™
Brandt Work Order System (BOWS™) is our custom workflow management software application designed to manage all aspects of a Brandt work order. A work order can be any order placed with one of our fabrication shops or even a task of work to be installed on a job. BOWS™ takes the complexity out of typical communications between the field job sites and Brandt shops.
