Texas Live! and Hotel

Texas Live! is a unique attraction that combines entertainment, restaurants, and hotel accommodations into one exciting location—nestled between three legendary arenas, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas.

Manhattan Construction hired Brandt to provide design-assist mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design-assist services for this project. The facility includes an entertainment district boasting 160,000 square feet of space filled with various restaurants, bars, game rooms, and indoor and outdoor concert venues.

The Texas Live! Hotel, located in the same vicinity as the entertainment district, stands 14-stories tall and consists of 300 hotel rooms. Furthermore, this building combines relaxation with endless things to do by having implemented a 65,000 square foot conference center, swimming pools, outdoor patios, and elevated gathering spaces.

This project challenged our Brandt teams due to ballgame crowds and inclement weather. Through everything, the crew persevered and produced a safe, productive job. In 2019, this project was awarded the safest job site in North Texas for quarter one. Manhattan Construction recognized Brandt as one of the most significant contributing factors for receiving this award due to the 130,385 manhours we had worked.
