Brandt was hired by SpawGlass to serve as the mechanical subcontractor. Our team worked closely with SpawGlass and Samsung, which allowed us to meet the owner’s needs and energy/code requirements within the established budget.

Samsung Legacy houses offices, private offices, R&D labs, network labs, restrooms, locker rooms, and breakrooms.

From start to finish, the six-month timeline required constant communication between the general contractor and our team. We also took into consideration the product availability for our material specifications.

The mechanical scope included a complete build-back of HVAC/plumbing systems. This project included supplemental DX Liebert units, terminal units, air devices, ductwork, refrigerant piping, plumbing fixtures and domestic plumbing including underground and above groundwork.
